Let's Have Coffee: Why Community Matters More Than Ever

Let's have coffee! I'd love to sit down and hear what's going on in your lives, and if it needs to be virtual, that works too. Community matters more now than ever. When COVID kept us all inside, introverts like me got a quiet little reprieve, and we discovered that connecting virtually counts for a lot. My first choice is heading to one of the great coffee shops around town, but I'm just as happy to grab a cup, open the laptop, and catch up with you that way! Text me, reply to this email, or give me a call and let's find a good time!

Lake Homes on the Market

Starting from West to East:

  • A Cash-Only beach cottage in W Springfield for $99,900 https://portal.onehome.com/en-US/share/1006779q92101

  • Home prices remain strong, particularly near the lakefront and walkable neighborhoods like Frontier, Fairview, and Meadville's historic district.

  • Buyers: Now's your moment to get pre-approved before competition heats up! If you need some lender recommendations, let me know!

  • Sellers: Spring listings tend to shine especially with curb appeal updates and good staging. I can guide you through getting your home ready to sell.

If you're interested in getting automated email links like these sent to you as soon as new listings come on the market, I can set that up for you easy peasy. I just need to know some of your must-haves (certain school district, 2 car garage, 3 bedroom or more, 5+ acres, etc). I'd be happy to set it up and it's not a bombardment of email, only when a new house hits the market with your specific criteria.

Spring Home Refresh

A few simple upgrades can make your home feel as vibrant as the lakefront after a thaw:

  • Declutter + Deep Clean. Pack up winter gear and give every surface a fresh start.

  • Add greenery. Ferns, succulents, or a few potted herbs by the kitchen window bring life indoors.

  • Lighten textiles. Swap out cozy throws for brighter patterns or coastal blues that echo Lake Erie.

  • Outdoor touch-ups. Power wash walkways, refresh mulch, and stage your porch with fresh flowers or nautical decor.

Local Business Spotlight

Five Iron Golf in downtown Erie is a modern indoor golf and social venue just steps from Market Square. It features six simulator bays with high-tech Trackman technology, lessons, club fitting, and indoor putting green, and a full-service bar and food menu, making it a fun spot for both golfers and non-golfers.

Let's make this spring your move-forward season. Whether you're dreaming of a lake-view retreat, a charming downtown home, or simply ready to discuss your next step, I'd love to help you plan it.
