Mission:
My mission is to provide my clients and customers with the expertise and negotiating skills essential to get the results they expect; specifically, the highest sale price the market will support or a match for the house of their dreams. In the same respect when working with a buyer client, I will work tiredlessly to find the ideal home that will fit your needs and your budget. I will make your goals my goal.

Just as important, I provide the personal service that will accomplish the end result in as swift and painless a manner as possible. It is my hope once we have worked together that I will be added as your Real Estate expert to the list of professionals you have come to rely on for your family's needs.

Background:
I am an Associate Broker with Houlihan Lawrence and have been in the Real Estate Profession since 1991. Before changing my office affiliation in the Spring of 2008, I was affiliated with the Century 21 Wolff office in White Plains and was with this office since 2000.

Prior to entering the Real Estate Profession and after earning my B.A. from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT, I spent 10 years working for a Fortune 500 Company in Wilton, CT (Americas/Far East Division of Richardson-Vicks, Inc.).  As a Human Resource Manager, I relocated top executives around the world while adminstering their compensation and Tax Equalization programs. I know and understand the trauma that is associated with pulling up one's roots and moving to a new location whether that be thousands of miles away or one mile away from a current home. I walk my clients step by step through each process to create as little stress as possible while accomplishing their time table.

I was additionally responsible for the Division's 26 adminstrative support staff. I bring to my Real Estate profession years of experience in negotiating as well as listening to the needs of others; skills refined during this time period of negotiating with management and staff and supporting our Executives and their families out in the field. These two skills are essential ingredients for a successful real estate transaction.

Accomplishments:

 I have been consistently ranked as a Multi-Million Dollar Award Winniing Agent. I was awarded the coveted Century 21 Centurion Award in 2005 and 2007 (#1 White Plains Agent in Sales Volume), Century 21 Masters Club Silver Award /Top Producer 2006 (#2 White Plains Agent in Sales Volume), The Weschester Real Estate Group's Top Producer 2006 and 2007, Westchester County Board of Realtors Top Producer 2006 and 2007 as well as various other production award titles through the previous years with Westchester Board of Realtors, Century 21 and Cardinale Realty (Cardinale's Top Producer White Plains Office 1999). I have received the designation of Skilled Sales Negotiator in the spring of 2007 and continue to work on my C.I.P.S. designation (Certified International Property Specialist).I am a graduate of the Nationally known Sweat Hogs Program and I am a Certified Skilled Sales Negotiator. I presently sit on the Westchester Multiple Listing Service Board for Zone 4.    

Today:
I spend a great deal of time studying and researching the current real estate market trends to assure I service my sellers and buyers with the knowledge and expertise they expect. I also educate my sellers and buyers in the step by step process of buying and selling real estate. Keeping you updated with the latest information is accomplished through continuous communication with you. Although I work with a team of support professionals, I pride myself on the one on one service I provide to each of my clients and customers. By making myself available to you seven days a week, you will communicate with me directly leaving little room for miscommunication. I am reachable by cell phone, voice mail, home phone, direct office phone,  and for those of you who prefer, e-mail.

My experience and dedication gives to my clients and customers the ability to cut through the complicated procedures that can be associated with buying and selling real estate. I like to believe my dedication provides "Service Beyond Expectations" to all those who work with me.


Staying ahead of the Crowd Through Education and Technology
I continue taking education classes in real estate as well as attend seminars and coaching sessions to stay current with the latest real estate topics. I am currently working on my C.I.P.S. In addition to taking course work, I have taken a direct approach to staying current and active on the Internet.  Although print advertising is important in today's world, the Internet is out performing Print Advertising in bringing qualified, educated buyers to the forefront. The National Association of Realtors finds that 80-85% of today's home buyers come from the Internet.  Our buyers are very savy shoppers and the vast majority of them have been searching the marketplace on the Internet long before contacting a real estate agent to assist them with their purchase. My own web site can be found on the front pages of Yahoo, Google, Trulia, MSN and various other search engines and I am an Showcase member of Realtor.com which links to the NY Times real estate web site and Wall Street Journal to name a few. Additionally, there is the Houlihan Lawrence company web site. Houlihan Lawrence is a member affiliated with Christys which gives us International scope as well. Houlihan Lawrence is the largest and number 1 Real estate office in Weschester County. It is privately-family owned and has 34 offices through-out Westchester and Putnam Counties.  

For sellers, these web sites drive buyers to your listing and for buyers you can be certain that you are being kept current with all the new listings that arrive on the market daily. In addition, all my past customer and clients as well as my current ones are kept current on the latest trends in home ownership including the latest legislation, decorating and landscaping trends, do it yourself projects etc. etc. through a bi-monthly e-alert called My Home Management Club.

Additional Services
On numerous occassions I've been asked by new buyers as well as sellers for recommendations on various services having to do with home renovations, inspections, and other community services.  As a result, I have compiled on an ongoing basis various services that come highly recommended through friends, past customers and clients. It has become my Customer Assistance Program. A program that changes daily and includes everything from electricians, plumbers, day care etc. etc. I want my clients and customers to know they can depend on me for continued service long after the closing on their new home has taken place.  

I have also joined a sponsorship in a new Internet based program called "My Home Managment Club";. It is a program for all home owners. It is not a real estate buying and selling program but rather a service that feeds information to all homeowners on issues relating to maintaining their home, legislation effecting homeowners and even video demonstation on do it yourself projects. As previously mentioned, I am working on an Accredidation in Professional Staging of property. This is a service offered to clients who wish to see their homes through the eyes of a buyer and would like to "stage" their home to gain the best advantage for selling their property. Statistics show staging can reap big rewards with the final sale price. Currently I stage client's homes on a more simplistic level;  suggestions of fresh flowers, cleaning or clearing-out, moving or removing of furniture etc. But it is my vision to be able to offer a full line of staging by the spring of 2006.

Designations and Associations
Prior to joining Century 21 Wolff, I received the Top Agent of the Year for 1999 from Cardinal Realty of White Plains. Since joining Century 21 Wolff I have consistently been a Century 21 Multi-Million Dollar Award Winning Agent as well as a Masters Club member and the highest award, Centurion member. I am currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, The New York State Association of Realtors, The Westchester/Putnam Board of Realtors, the Westchester Women's Council. Through my affiliation with Century 21 Wolff I am also a member of Westchester Real Estate Affiliates (a local referral group of Westchester County/Fairfield County and NJ Realtors and Bellmark of Manhattan). I am a graduate of the Nationally known "Seat Hogs" Program (2003) and a Certified HouseValues member.

On a personal note
My husband, Stephen (a life time Westchester County resident), and I have been residents of White Plains since 1982. My Father's family was raised in White Plains as were Stephen's parents. We have two sons who are members of several travel and school sport teams. My older son is a graduate of Iona Preparatory and a current student at Union College where he is a crew participant. My younger son is a student at White Plains High School and a hockey and lacrosse player.  I am an active member of the White Plains Woman's Club where I have occuppied several Board positions on this philanthropic organization. We are parishioners of Our Lady of Sorrows in White Plains and members of the White Plains PTA and supporters of the Mother's Guild of Iona Preparatory in New Rochelle.

Our family enjoys our vacations on the beaches of South Carolina, the Jersey Shore and Long Island.  We enjoy traveling as a family and love our 30 minute commute (by train) to Manhattan where we love to take advantage of the many fine Museums, Broadway Plays and fantastic restaurants that New York City has to offer. We are advid Giant fans and have season tickets to their games and we look forward to attending the U.S. Open Tennis Tournament every August/September.  

We also love our "Golden Apple of Westchester County", White Plains: the city we have seen grow and change remarkably in the past five years.
